visitors and easter

Aunty Tarra, Chelsea and their parents came to visit, and had a few days in the glorious Hawkes Bay sunshine...

and then over easter we have had Narly and Rachel to stay as well, they also got the pick of the weather over the country for Easter. typical Hawkes Bay sunshine...

Round of Golf was a must for Saturday morning,

Finish the long weekend with take-aways on the beach and a swim... Ella was obviously Hungry!
Lucy just chilled out on the beach, and had cute smiles for Dad tonight.

kindy zoo visit

Ella asked if there would be lions and tiger's at the zoo... not quite, but the baby animals were just as exciting.

This rattle is good, but once I got hold of it I couldn't let it go!!!!!!!!!! Mum and Dad just laughed!

I was a good sleeping girl last night, I slept from 9pm through till 6.30am!!! what a good birthday present for mum!

action over the last few weeks

the weeks seem to be flying by! tomorrow Lucy will be 4 weeks old, where has that time gone!
and what have we been up to over that time??? well we have had Grandparents to stay,
And obviously you have to spend time sleeping in with Grandma Margaret, Especially if you can convince her to read you story after story....
then you have to snuggle in with Grandma Jenny and Poppa, that is if you can sleep through Poppa's snoring...
Then there is the cuddles with our friend Sarah, who was down in Havelock for one of her SUB events, (in which our neighbor Kate competed in the 70km ride and came 20th see here)
then there has been some practice time for Uncle Cole... he only has about 8 weeks left till he has his own little one to cuddle...

Swimming lessons for Ella have started for the term, this is her learning back stroke...

then Lachie's birthday party

Then some time for bouncing on the tramp with Lily and Eden...
and Lucy continues to be a treat! drinking and sleeping without too much hassle... now over 4.8kg.

shower time

First shower for Lucy, (yes she has been washed before today, but this is the first time in the shower instead of the bath.) she didn't mind it at all.
She has put on plenty of weight in the first week too, now over 300gms heaver that last week.
as for that Ella, well here she is peeping out of one of her 'castles' she loves making big piles of cushions into castles at the moment...
